We don’t offer stock floor plans— and that’s on purpose! Every home is custom-designed around you.
If you already have an architect, we’re happy to collaborate. If not, we’ll connect you with top Kansas City-area residential architects we trust. Throughout the process, we stay closely involved to ensure your plans align with your vision, land, and budget.

3. How long does the building process take?
The full design-to-move-in timeline is typically 12 to 18 months, depending on your lot, home complexity, and local permitting.
Typical phases include:
Design + planning: 3–6 months
Permitting + pre-construction: 1–3 months
Build phase: 8–12 months

4. What areas do you build in?
We build in Kansas City and the surrounding areas. We are based in Basehor, Kansas and licensed through Johnson County, Kansas.
We specialize in large-lot builds, where you can enjoy more space, privacy, and flexibility. Not sure if we build in your area? Just ask—we’re happy to take a look.
